Massimiliano Fantozzi, interviewed in 2012, is the owner of Di Tullio Confetioner's shop. In the interview he presents his activity.

The old Di Tullio shop was opened in 1850. After eight generations, in 1987 Fantozzi family bought the shop from Tommaso Forchetti but continues the traditional production based on the Nineteenth century Neapolitan tradition. At the present, Massimiliano is in charge for the pastry productio, while Michele for the customer service.

Using traditional techniques and natural ingredients Massimiliano produces some of the finest cakes in Ciociara area, in particular the nougat, hand-made and hand-processed.
