A brewery born from Lambro river
In this interview conducted in 2012, Marco Rubelli, born in 1973 i tells the story of Menaresta brewery. It has been open since September 2007 in Carate Brianza. It is located in a charming old industrial area, in the venue of Formenti's factory, few yards far from the city centre.
The brewery takes its name after the springs Lambro river: a river that for better or for worse it is the symbol of the region.
The brewery is made by Enrico Dosoli (a brewer and a farmer), Marco Valeriani (a brewer and a technologist) and Marco Rubelli, the administration manager.
The brewery produces up to 600 litres, all the beers are unpasteurized and unfiltered, top-fermented, fermented in barrel or in bottle. They employ only raw materials, their technique, passion and determination. Video table of contents
