Massimo Trinchero

Robiola di Roccaverano cheese

 Massimo Trinchero, born in 1965, is one of the producers of Slow Food Presidium for Robiola di Roccaverano cheese. He was interviewed for the Granaries of Memory at the Salone del Gusto 2010.

In the interview, he presents the traditional production of this cheese and the history of its recovery. He explains that his firm, Agrilanga, was the promoter of this initiative and, in 2010, was the only firm of the Presidium.
