Interviewed in 2010, Cinzia Santilli is a civil servant who was born in 1953 in L'Aquila. She moved to Novara in 1965. She describes the main places of Novara: the Broletto building, the Antonelli's Cupola, the Baptistery, the Atonelli's Duomo and many others. She speaks of the social changes of the city and its main public rites. Moreover she remembers some episodes of the gastronomy of her mother and grandmother, in particulary the making of agnolotti pasta.
