Andrej Koncalovskij and Julia Vysotskaya

The "dolce far niente" between cinema and kitchen

The Russian movie and theatre director Andrej  Konchalovskij - who has been awarded with the Green Drop Award 2014 for the film The Postman's white nights - and his wife Julia Vysotskaya, actress, anchorwoman, food blogger and author of culinary best-sellers, meet the researchers of the MedEatResearch in Naples to talk about the role of food in their lives, their favourite food data-style, the Italian food they love – from the mozzarella to the "cuzzetiello" (the crust) of the Neapolitan bread, and the pasta with garlic, olive oil and red pepper. In this way they rebuild their original image of the Mediterranean Diet, understood by Konchalovskij as a relaxed way of life, or “sweet doing nothing”.
