Davide Morel was born in 1989. He was interviewed in 2013. He is a young breeder who works in the Varaita valley. He keeps his herd of Piedmontese cows in Pontechianale.
In the interview he describes his work, explaining the decision of continuing the family business. He points out the characteristics of his firm and describes some of the fundamental aspects of the culture of his region.
This interview was collected for a research promoted by the Cuneo Province Council - Department of Agriculture, parks and forest and conducted by the University of Gastronomic Sciences in order to institute the archive Cuneo province agriculture between tradition and innovation.
