Cattle from four generations
The Fruttero family have bred for over a century. In their modern stable in Trinità, they have about 400 Piedmontese cows that have been born and bred in the Fruttero brothers' land.
In 1997 the family decided to expand their establishment. They bought the land and the farm in Trinity. Despites the mad cow disease cases, they continued in their business and reached the excellent level of quality of the present.
This interview was collected for a research promoted by the Cuneo Province Council - Department of Agriculture, parks and forest and conducted by the University of Gastronomic Sciences in order to institute the archive Cuneo province agriculture between tradition and innovation.
