Integrated pest management in orchards
Stefano Marchisio, just 30 years old, is the holder of the important family business outside Cuneo. In the interview, summer, in 2013, he tells the history of the company, founded by his grandfather, and the method of cultivation used in the orchard, based on the principle of integrated pest management.
This interview was collected for a research promoted by the Cuneo Province Council - Department of Agriculture, parks and forest and conducted by the University of Gastronomic Sciences in order to institute the archive Cuneo province agriculture between tradition and innovation.
