Interviewed in 2011, Alda Ramella Pralungo, born in 1948, remembers “l’unch d’la Fina”, Fina's grease: a ointment made
in Pollone by an old lady who turned 100 years living on three eggs a day. The ointment was made with olive oil, elder
boughs, sage leaves and bee wax. The informants explains its making and the traditional use of this medicament. She also
mentions the traditional ways of making coffee with chicory coffee.
