Linda Rasè

Novara and its traditional food

 Interviewed in 2011, Linda Rasè has awlays lived in Novara, since her birth in 1951. 
She really likes her city, which she considers green and enjoyable. She describes the transformation of Novara and her work at PAI firm. She also tells about the main dishes of the Novara cusine, explaining their recipes. Finally she notes the central role of the St. Gaudenzio feast for the entire city that gather together for this event.
