
Vittorio Tarditi
An MP and his Novara
Interviewed in 2011, Vittorio Tarditi was born in 1939 in Novara. His father was from Casale M.to and his mother from Emilia-Romagna region. He got a degree in Law at Milan University and started his work as a layer in Novara. In 1994 he was elected member of the Chamber of the Deputees. He has been a MP until 2006, then he continued locally his political activity.
He is proud of Novara identity, characteristics of the culture the city is losing due to the arrival of foreign immigrants. He places the character of the people of Novara in between Piedmont and Lombary, a territory that coincides with the Ticino valley.
