Giuseppina began her interview explaining the work in the countryside in the past and as the gardens were cultivated. Along with dealing of the Cilento food traditions, especially of San Mauro, they explain as was the preparation of salted anchovies, the production of bread and the olive oil. Finally after talking with traction plates as so-called "eggplant cilentane" they conclude the interview recalling the traditions related to the wedding.
