The Polacca of Aversa: a brioche for a breakfast out of the ordinary
On the search for origins and the secrets of the Polacca of Aversa: Interview with Silvia Pelosi of Pelosi's pastry. Aversa is a Norman town of Terra di Lavoro known for buffalo mozzarella, wine asprinio and Polacca.
The polacca, which can be enjoyed exclusively on the territory aversano bases its origins in history and legend.
