
Marisa Fenoglio
A writer
Marisa Fenoglio was born in Alba and moved with his husband to Germany in 1957.
Sister of the famous Italian writer Beppe Fenoglio, Marisa Fenoglio only late in her life started writing. Her first book Casa Fenoglio was published in 1995. Other books of her are Vivere altrove (1997) and Mai senza una donna (2001). She explains: "I was a witness of my brother's creative explosion". This artistic talent touched also Marisa Fenoglio after she left Germany: "The war moved Beppe to writing. In my case, it was the emigration from Germany".
