Eleonora Bianchi was born in 1984. In this interview conducted in 2012, she tells about his new project: a shop selling food from the local land. Cascina's is a store that was born with the intention of promoting local farms. The products come exclusively from farms in Lombardy. The shop aim is to enhance the rural realities of the region and highlight the passion with which producers create their own treats. So this is a sector where Cascina's is the only intermediary between the producer and the final consumer. Every single product available in the shop was personally chosen  according to the criteria of Cascina's. Eleonora Bianchi stresses that she believes that information about raw materials and processes is essential to choose what you eat. That is why it is important for us to establish a sincere relationship with our manufacturers and our customers.
