Claudia Boggio

Cortereggio Canavese Piattella Bean

 Claudia Boggio was born in 1982 and interviewed in 2013. 
She is a young grower of the Piattella bean. In the interview she describes some peculiarities of the Piattella bean and its system of cultivation and marketing. She explains the particular packaging used for the bean: a glass jars. 
During the interview she also shows the main gastronomic uses of the Piattella bean: the tofeja, a typical winter dish the region, soups and salads. 
Eventually,  Claudia Boggio describes the cult of St. Besso in the Soana valley.
