Francesco Guccini
The job of a storyteller
Francesco Guccini, born in 1940, was interviewed in 2012 by Carlo Petrini and Azio Citi.
In his kitchen he tells his experience as a musician, a song-writer and a storyteller. In fact, he explains "I'm not a musician, I am a person that dealt with music, I read a bit of it, just a little, only because I attented a teachers' training school and we studied music... I am a musician by ear, I would say". In the interview, he also describes the sociality of Pavana, his native town, and its folklore.
