Polish roots, American experiences
Ted Gash was born in 1936. He was interviewed in 2011 by the students of the Ohio Wesleyan University.
In the interview, Ted tells of his family of Polish origins, of their foodways and the ways in which he changed his food habits during his service in the Army and then, due to his illness. His narration describes the transformation of the USA during the last fifty years.
