Anna Aimar

Civil resistance

 Interviewed in 2011, Anna Aimar, one of the informants of Nuto Ravelli mentioned in his book "L'anello forte", is born in 1921. She tells memories of her youth, when she was a girl in her early twenties during Nazi occupation of Italy.
Ms. Aimar helps us to understand the events from September 8, 1943 to the end of the war. She explains the formation of the brigade in Roccabruna; the happening of various raids; the day of the Liberation; the first meeting with commander  Comollo; the bombing of Turin; the death of his brother; and other moments lived during the war.
The final part of the interview describes moments of everyday life, traditions and gastronomy.
