 Argante Bocchio (Massimo) anti-fascist, communist partisans, who was born in Mezzana Mortigliengo in 1924. He recounts his life and political activity: from his accession to the Anti-Fascist Resistance, from long exile to return home. Start the interview recounting his experience as a militant anti-fascist and communist underground during the years of fascism in Italy. Textile worker, describes the first steps against the regime in the factories and strikes del'43 Biella. He tells his clandestine activities as a member of the Communist Party and the Resistance organization which is one of the main protagonists. Retraces the main stages of the local partisan warfare, the massacre of Rassa, in July '44 and the Liberation of Vercelli. After the war, describes the souls of the reconstruction, the episodes that are unleashed after the July 14, 1948 with the assassination of Togliatti and the years of exile in Czechoslovakia. Tackles Moranino Process and the situation in the Soviet countries. A brief dedication to the experience of Italy Radio Today, which collaborated in 1953. Obtained the acquittal at the preliminary investigation is part of Italy and began a difficult period of reintegration.
