Marisa Sacco was born in 1957 in Teradura di Ascea, in Cilento, where she lived until she was 14. Once she moved to Turin she attended the women's technical institute until 1977. Marisa wanted a job that would give her independence and at the same time gratify her. She attended three years of school for childcare workers, and her first job was at the pathological nursery. Marisa planned to work in this department until the nursery director competition. Returning from maternity leave brings with it the desire for change, after taking a coordinated course and winning the selection of a competition, Marisa begins her experience as Coordinator of the pathological nursery, clashing with the harsh difference between what she studied in the 2 books and reality. With hard work and determination, in her career Marisa participates in a series of organizational innovations that allow her to make the most of the professionalism present within her work group and create gratification in the team. Marisa tells us her idea of assistance and holistic vision of the child and the family, and addresses the topic of passion for one's work to be passed on to students and future generations.
