Giacomo Mosso racconta la storia della sua azienda, Cascine Italia, di Ceresole d'Alba, un paese ricco di piccoli laghi in cui viene allevata la tinca. Tale allevamento nasce come lavoro secondario, o di sussistenza, ma da circa 20 anni per Cascine Italia è diventato un lavoro a tempo pieno, anche per evitare che l'agricoltura esasperata degli ultimi anni si impadronisse anche degli stagni, asciugandoli per impiantare altre colture.
