Interviewed in 2011, Guido Fidora, born in 1930, tells about his life, his studies a psychologist, and his experience as a farmer.
He continued his father's business and became passionate about agriculture through the reading of books about crops. He learns from the employees of his firm about the products and the ways in which cultivate the different crops.
In 1974, he decided to suspend the use of chemical pesticides and started biological farming.
During the interview he reviews the history and changes of his firm.
Guido Fidora tells also about his passion for collecting wildflower honey.
