The Onion Creek is an agronomist from the central planes of the United States of America. The performance took place at Terra Madre 2008.
The songs are sung on traditional country music. Although recent, these songs were written following of older pieces. They remember the place and environment of the central planes, wedding, electoral campaings and, above all, the life and work of the small farmers met by the author.
