Tito Armando Núñez Gudás

Un progetto di sviluppo sostenibile a Las Terrazzas (Cuba)

Tito Armando Nuñez Gudás was born in Havana, Cuba, in 1952 and he has been interviewed during Terra Madre 2012.

During the interview he explains how and why the project for a sustainable and rural development called Las Terrazas and the restaurant Romero where born. He also narrates the history of his family and the experiences that led him to undertake this activity.

Nuñez also explains the relation between the revolution, and the following dictatorship, and the gastronomic heritage of Cuba, which gradually moved away from the United States’ influences.
