 Interviewed in 2007, Tilde Consolini, born in 1951, tells her connection with the river while cooking. She has managed the Lido Ariston Sales restaurant for over 40 years. The places was opened in 1957 and was only a simple cabin. She describes the typical local dishes, and explains the specialities fo the river cousine.
