Omar Alain Gonzalez is interviewed as a member of the colombian delegation in Terra Madre 2010.

He talks of the importance for him of this event as a forum to meet people of all parts of the world with his same type of interest to share and exchange knowledge to do with ecological an native food.

Omar explains his social activity in Colombia teaching peasants, children and others the goodness of eating proper local food, their diverse medical properties and how to use them in the kitchen, and enphasizes the importance of spices and herbs traditionally eaten by natives like chili pepper and others.
