Interviewed in 2010, Ugo Guida was born in 1942 in Novara, the city where he lives. He is a retired person who worked for Società Falcone and as a civil servant in the Province administration.
He remember the neighbourhood of his youth and in particula Coccia Theatre, the main teathre of the city which he defines "a shrine", and the "sea" of Novara that is it's stream.
He describes the main festivals of Novara and their rites.
