Efren e Carmen fanno della biodiversità e dei prodotti del territorio una filosofia di vita. Entrambi affermano che bisogna pensare da dove vengono i prodotti, come sono nati e che impatto hanno sull'ambiente e sulle persone. Il controllo delle multinazionali sul territorio e sul mercato è molto forte, ma la loro volontà e quella della comunità degli agricoltori è di continuare a vendere prodotti di stagione biologici e puntare a consumatori consapevoli.
