Gambero rosso restaurant

Riccardo Sculli was born in Toronto in 1975 and is now the owner of "Gambero Rosso", a restaurant in Marina di Gioiosa jonica, that he aquired from his parents. The "Gambero Rosso"  is situated between Reggio Calabria and Catanzaro, one of the most travelled areas of Calabria. In his restaurant Riccardo Sculli combines the gastronomical tradition of Calabria with his own culinary experiments, always considering  the quality of his used materials.
