Roy remembers his family, in particular his parents and grandparents. He describes the dishes that he most frequently had and the everyday organization of meals. He explains how he learned from his relatives the importance of a balanced diet, and tasty and healthy cousine. In this respect, he presents his recent vegetarianism.
