In this interview, Antonio Tubelli presents his famous Timpani & Tempura delicatessen shop in Naples. The interview explains the problem of chemical additives and their use in modern gastronomies.

Antonio with his brother, Lucio, offer different dishes in their shop. The fundamental idea of the firm is to offer quality street food to the customers and a large array of products to be tasted right on spot , in the shop or taken away. In the shop, the brothers also sell a selection of high quality cheeses and salami from all Europe.
