Intervista alla signora Carmen Velasco la quale descrive un’antica ricetta tipica del villaggio di Chinchero nei pressi di Cuzco. La ricetta in questione è la “Zuppa di Quinoa”. La signora ci spiega accuratamente ogni ingrediente che viene utilizzato nella ricetta fin dai tempi antichi, svelandoci anche qualche piccolo trucco di preparazione.
