Davide Fasolini is a young oenologist. After his graduation, together with his friend Birba, he open the wine making firm, Dirupi. In this place the students of Gastronomic Sciences during their study trip in Valtellina interviewed Davide.  The intention of the two young was prized by the market. In 2008, the firm was listed in the prestigious "Guida oro I Vini di Veronelli”. The guided gave his “Sole” prize to the Dirupi's Superiore 2006 wine. The prize is given to the 20 Italian wine that emotionally moved the  evaluation panel. In the interview, Davide explains the role played by the local and national government to promote young entrepreneurs not only in the field of wine industry.
