Emine Boyner Kursat was born in march 1989 in Instabul,she studied visual arts and is also a student of herbal medicine. She has a great knowledge of making infusions using spices, flowers and other parts of various plants. She explains the uses of infusions and olive oil in the exploitation of the plants.
She also keeps emphasis on the uses of each specific plant in the treatment of disease and as beverages. As a young person she know very well the traditional use of herbs instead of using other chemical product as remedy for particular conditions.Video table of contents
