Gianpiero Campana è il Presidente del Cosorzio produttori asparagi di Cilavegna. Nel corso dell'intervista ci racconta di come degli amici lo avessero coinvolto in quest'attività e di come il sabbioso terreno del paese lomellino si presti a questo tipo di coltura.
La Sagra dell'Asparago di Cilavegna è nata nel 1965 e due anni dopo si è costituita la Pro Loco, una delle prime della Lomellina. La sagra si svolge ancora tutt'oggi nel secondo fine settimana del mese di Maggio.Video table of contents
