The Brooklyn Kitchen
Harry Rosenblum is one of the founders of the "Brooklyn Kitchen". He was interviewed by the students of the Univerisity of Gastronomic Scineces in 2011.
He describes the history of his firm and the reasons that motivated him in this enterprise. In this narration, Harry speaks about the foodways in New York and in the USA, explaining the transformations in foodways triggered by the 2008 economic crisis.
