La bataille de reine
Luna Gaspard è stata intervista nel giugno 2016 dagli studenti dell'Università degli Studi di Scienze Gastronomiche durante un viaggio didattico. Nell'intervista Luna ci racconta la tradizione delle bataille de reines, la battaglia delle regine. Quest'antica usanza approfitta del fatto che le vacche hanno un'innata attitudine a scontrarsi in modo non cruento tra loro per stabilire quale è la più forte del gruppo. Vengono così organizzate nel periodo dell'alpeggio estivo degli incontri tra le mucche di differenti allevatori per stabilire quale sarà la "reina", la regina.
