Oscar Quevedo, interviewed by the students of the University of Gastronomic Sciences in 2011, is a winegrowner. He left his university students to work in in the family firm. The firm is placed in Doro Valley and produces Porto wine. Oscar is one of the managers of the firm.
In the interview, Oscar explains the importance of terroir for making porto wine, and the problems concering the lack of rain and legislation. He describes the different moments of wine production explaining what is needed to make a great wine.
