Emanuele Cini Petunilla Dies
Memories of a mother
Petunilla Dies was interviewed by the students of the Unviersity of Gastronomic Sciences in 2011. She is a member of the Quilombolas community of San Pedro, in the State of Sau Paulo, in Brasil.
In the interview she tells the tragic experience of the death of her early children and the joy for the survival of the last one. She tells the circumstances of this demise and the medice used by her of the treatment of their desise.
She tells also child fairy tales and legends of her community.
