Sahag Yemishyan is a Armenian priest who lives in Thessaloniki, Greece. He introduce the Armenian culture, and his culinary tradition moved to Greece at the time of the Armenian massacre. Although they never moved back to Armenia after the massacre but they still keeping their culture and cuisine through teaching to their children.They identify themselves as greek Armenians because they were born and raised in Greece so they have a bit of the greek culture but still practice their Armenian cuisine.
