Vittorio Giampietro Cesare Cosentino – Giuseppe Molaro
Memories of two migrants
Cesare Cosentino, was born in Rome in 1954. He remembers his arrival to Orbassano in 1973 as a young soldier during his draft. He speaks about the difficult integration of Southern Italians in the city, and his early precarious works that led him to e hired by the Fiat car industry. Of his experience in the factory he tells about the work and the politica events that marked the development of his career.
Giuseppe Molaro, born in Naples in 1949, tells about his arrival in 1968 as a factory worker in Mondial Piston motor industry. He tells the history of his family, the birth of his daughter, and the main festivals of the city.
