Luca Gatti

Corillù: una cooperativa per le nocciole

Luca Gatti, born in 1986 and lives in Lu (AL), was interviewed in 2016 on the occasion of Terra Madre.

Luca is an original food biologist. Once he completed his studies he has started working in farm cooperative of his family, He has worked in the production of hazelnuts and its transformation.

Luca recounts of his experience and the history of the company in the interview.
