 Dasapian Gioula, born in 1949, is the leader of the jews community in Thessaloniki, Greece. He gives a lot of information about the jews religion, the taboos surrounding their food and their ways of preparation. Gioula gives the types of meat, fish they can eat according the religion. He also give the history of the jews from the time of Christ and the reason surrounding the food taboos.
