Manioc flour production
The Quilombolas of Sao Pedro lives in a small village in the Atlantic forest of the State of Sao Paulo in Brazil. They were visited by the students of the University of Gastronomic Sciences in 2011.
The video shows the entire cycle of production of the manioc, from the harvest to the production of flour.
