Giordano Andreucci was interviewed in 2010. He was born the 19th July 1957. He tells the history of his restaurant, the Ristorante Pizzeria, “ Il Pozzo”. Over 15 years before, he started it with a partner, Maurizio Romei who works as a cook. Garfagnana region is a valley ringed by the  mountains and known for its local products. The restaurant's menu are based on these production and change every week. All the pasta is handmade in the resturant. They also  offer a vast array of local wines.
