Osteria Dentro Le Mura

Antonio Terzano, born in 1966, is the owner of the Osteria Dentro le Mura, located in the old town of Termoli in Campobasso Province.

After coming to work in the restaurant world almost by chance, as a waiter, Antonio’s great passion for cooking grew until in 1999 he opened his own seafood restaurant, with a menu based on the seasons and a strong relationship with the fishermen of the small sea-side village.

Antonio makes significant sacrifices to maintain a genuine and traditional cuisine. He is attentive to the territory and sourcing a daily supply of high quality products, avoiding the large commercial outlets by maintaining close contact with his suppliers. By coordinating these ingredients with wisdom in his small kitchen, Antonio, his wife Ina and the staff, a big family, bring dishes to the table recounting the quality and characteristics of the cuisine.

The Osteria Dentro Le Mura joined the Alliance Between Italian Chefs and Slow Food Presidia in 2009 - an extensive Slow Food Italy network, in which chefs form relationships with Slow Food Presidia producers, and commit to cooking and promoting their products.
