Lazzari winery and the Marzemino grape's
In the first part, he talks about Marzemino, a typical vine variety of the south of Brescia, and explains the research project carried on with the Agriculture department of Milan’s University, in order to recover indigenous clones of the Montenetto area. In the second part Davide focuses on the history of his family business, form a small farm at the end of the XIX century to a renowed winery led by him with his brother, father, uncle and grandfather.
