 Gino "Fuso" Carmignani was interviewed in 2010. He was born in 1948. He rells about his tavern, "Da Baffo". This name comes from the nickname of his father Lorenzo "Baffo". Although over 90 years old, Baffo continues working in the tavern. The place is located in the hills of Montecarlo. It is an informal and rural place. The tavern offers only red and white wines produced by the firm. One of the most known wines if the "For Duke" named after Edward Kennedy "Duke" Ellington, a famous jazz composer. Gino is a fan of rock, jazz and blues music and an expert gastronome . In his tavern they offer traditional regional starters, main dishes and desserts.
